NES Crews to Make a Special Delivery

Nashville, Tenn. – Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas, or at least it will when Nashville Electric Service (NES) crews help deliver the citys Christmas tree to Metro Public Square on Thursday, November 29. NES employees will cut, lift and transport the 20-foot tall, 22-year-old tree from Joelton to downtown Nashville, where it will proudly display five-thousand twinkling lights during the holiday season. Tree Delivery Schedule When: Thursday, November 29, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Where: 5124 Rawlings Road, Joelton, TN 37080 The tree is expected to arrive at Public Square in front of the Historic Metro Courthouse at approximately 1:30 p.m. Nashville Electric Service is one of the 12 largest public electric utilities in the nation, distributing energy to more than 360,000 customers in Middle Tennessee.
