In working with NES, McNeely, Pigott & Fox will be responsible for the design and placement of print and electronic ads, promotional materials, annual reports, brochures and presentations, copywriting and translation services.

Forty-one firms received an invitation to bid for the contract. Eleven firms submitted proposals that were reviewed by an evaluation committee. The three-year contract includes an option for two one-year extensions, if both parties agree.
