E-bill Notification Error Being Corrected

Nashville, Tenn. – NES E-bill customers who received their monthly E-bill notification on Tuesday, March 8, received a bill amount that is incorrect. The E-bills were sent to customers in District 26, which encompasses most of Bellevue and portions of the West End and West Meade areas. The problem only affects customers who are enrolled in NES E-bill. Paper bills were not impacted. NES is working with our online vendor to fix the problem and send a corrected bill to customers in the next couple of days. In the meantime, customers can log into their E-bill profile and click on the Balance button from the “My Account Home” page to see their correct bill amount. Nashville Electric Service is one of the 12 largest public electric utilities in the nation, distributing energy to 360,000 customers in Middle Tennessee.
