Ways To Pay Following Severe Winter Weather

Nashville endured severe winter weather this past week bringing negative temperatures, 8 inches of snow, ice and harsh winds to our service area. Thankfully, our power grid held strong as the city braved temperatures as low as -1 degrees, re-introducing Nashville to temperatures below zero for only the second time since 1996.

However, NES is aware that many city operations were impacted by this week’s weather, including postal deliveries. As city operations begin to resume their normal schedule and customers begin to receive postal deliveries, NES would like to highlight alternative ways to pay your bill and avoid late fees, even if you may not have received your bill in the mail yet.

Whether you prefer using our online payment portal or being assisted by an NES representative in person, NES offers various ways to pay your electric bill that are simple and stress-free. See all the ways to pay below and find the payment method that works best for you.
