NES Honors Customer Service Professionals During Customer Service Week 

NES proudly recognizes all customer service personnel during Customer Service Week. Customer Service Week is internationally celebrated each year during the first full week of October, and exists to commend all employees who take care of customers and highlight the importance of their work.  

Customer Service Week was created in the 1980s by the International Customer Service Association, but in 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event. Thousands of companies across the United States and around the world celebrate Customer Service Week.  

At NES, our customer service department is dedicated to providing customers with the best quality of service. During storms and severe weather, our customer service employees work around the clock to address customer concerns. When customers have trouble paying their bills, our customer service representatives connect them to financial assistance programs. Thanks to our customer service advisors, we’re able to handle over 2 million calls per year.
