Nashville Electric Service (NES) is celebrating National Customer Service Week. NES’ mission is to deliver safe and reliable power, and a key component to that is the men and women who are dedicated to providing customer service to more than 400,000 NES account holders.
Last year, over 1 million calls were answered in the customer service call center.
Throughout the week of Oct. 1, NES will provide meals each day for the customer service team and host a variety of activities.
