NES Power Board Chair, Bob Mendes, has announced the launch of Waypoint Law, PLLC. The practice will handle transactions, litigation and insolvency cases, as well as guide clients through change management challenges. Before launching Waypoint, Mendes worked at Frost Brown Todd, LLC.
Mendes has served on the Electric Power Board since 2011. He was appointed chair of the board July 2014. In addition, he is president of the Board of Trustees of the Nashville Bar Foundation and serves as chair of the Finance Committee for the Board of Trustees of Father Ryan High School.
