We’re incredibly proud to announce that our very own Kathryn Pohlman, Sustainability Manager at NES, has joined the inaugural cohort of the Utility 2030 (U2030) Leadership Collaborative’s RADIATE Women’s Leadership Program! This is a significant accomplishment that highlights Kathryn’s dedication to professional growth and reinforces our commitment to fostering strong leaders within the utility industry.
The RADIATE program, U2030’s flagship leadership program for women in the utility sector, combines core leadership skills with utility-specific education. As a woman-owned and women-led organization, U2030 is uniquely designed to help women navigate common challenges like building confidence, developing an authentic leadership style and balancing work and life. Through a comprehensive mix of mentorship and hands-on projects, the program equips women with the tools and support they need to chart their own career path.
Congrats Kathryn!
