Advancing Women in Nashville (AWIN) recently hosted “Summit 2025: Rising Together,” an annual event bringing established and emerging women leaders in Nashville together to network, share best practices and make a positive impact in the community. The summit included wellness sessions, a keynote address from Michelle Kennedy of the Nashville Predators, and several panel discussions including a female CEO-led panel featuring our very own Teresa Broyles-Aplin.
During the “View From the Top” panel discussion, Teresa was able to share her inspiring journey to becoming the first female President and CEO of NES. Teresa was joined by Stephanie Coleman, President and CEO of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Carrie Stokes, President and CEO of Barge Design Solutions. The panel was moderated by Lizzie Gerock Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager at Gresham Smith.
Attendees left the summit feeling inspired by the invaluable contributions of women leadership across the city. Special thanks to AWIN for spotlighting the incredible and hard-working leaders in Nashville while providing a welcoming space for emerging leaders to network, learn and grow.
