The Advancing Women in Nashville (AWIN) organization celebrated leaders who are driving positive change at its Advancing Innovation Awards luncheon on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at City Winery. The awards ceremony showcased how AWIN members are actively sharing best practices to widen the scope of progress for women across our community.
This year, the Innovation Award was presented to Dr. Trish Holliday, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services for NES. Dr. Holliday was honored for her work in “Advancing Leaders,” a category that highlights initiatives in the development of women leaders.
Dr. Holliday’s leadership at NES, particularly in employee development and diversity, equity and inclusion, has established a new standard for growing talent and driving performance, embodying the innovative spirit the award seeks to recognize.
These awards are designed to recognize AWIN member organizations for innovative initiatives that improve the workplace and community, with a special focus on developing women as business leaders.Congratulations, Trish! Thank you for everything you do for Nashville Electric Service.
