Customers with Nashville Electric Service (NES) now have even more access to their accounts to make changes on their own, making their experience with the utility more self-sufficient. The utility has redesigned MyAccount, a more user-friendly and accessible cloud-based application.
You can expect to perform all the same actions as before with the addition of newly added features in a streamlined approach. The new application features an improved payment interface for the customer, with fewer clicks and enabled multi-account billing and payment. In addition to an improved look and feel, customers with multiple NES service accounts can now manage all their accounts with one login and group how they see fit. Although the new application encourages independence, it also features a guest user feature that allows customers to enable housemates and/or family to have full or read access to their account. This feature is designed with roommates or parent/child relationships in mind. NES Customer Relations professionals will also have the ability to co-browse along with customers to help resolve usability issues, should any arise.
Even with the addition of this new application, customers are still welcome to call NES for assistance at (615) 736-6900. For in-person service, customers may visit the NES lobby at 1214 Church Street, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Customers may also visit the Enbright Credit Union branch offices in Donelson at 2340 Jackson Downs Blvd., or in Hendersonville at 270 Indian Lake Blvd. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
