NES WORKSHOP TRAINS CUSTOMERS TO FIND SAVINGS

Nashville Electric Service (NES) is offering a free Neighborhood Energy Savers Workshop at the Bellevue YMCA on Saturday, September 24, to help customers lower their energy bill before temperatures fall outside.

The workshop offers hands-on learning opportunities at multiple demonstration stations, including how to use caulk and weather stripping to seal air leaks around windows, doors and baseboards. Participants will also receive a free tool kit valued at $25 to get started saving energy right away.

By weatherizing your home, you’ll enjoy the improved comfort level inside your house and reduce unnecessary energy loss.

Two additional workshops are scheduled to help customers fight against higher bills this winter. All workshops are scheduled from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
