Nashville, Tenn. – Nashville Electric Services dedicated phone number, 615-234-0000, allows you to quickly notify NES of your power outage, 24 hours a day. In case of an emergency or threatening situation, call 911. You will need the NES account number, meter number or phone number associated with your account in order for the system to recognize your outage. Also, there is an option to speak your address if the numbers do not work. Customers will no longer be able to leave recorded messages for NES staff regarding outages. Be sure to keep your account information handy by your phone or on your refrigerator in case the power goes out. And, remember to let Customer Relations know when your phone number changes. Customers can refer to the messaging area on their April bill to see what phone number NES has on file for their account.
